This national business has been developed through the acquisition of independently owned smash repairs to be operated under the one banner. Growth has been rapid resulting in the newly created and exciting position of State Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager and supporting all QLD centres this role is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to join a dynamic and passionate team.
In this role you will be responsible for driving and supporting the centre managers, monitoring and inputting operation systems, staff inductions and training and general quality assurance of the state centres. This role also involves analysis and reporting on centre operations procedures including profit & loss and KPI’s as well as building relationships with local insurance companies and major industry suppliers.
The successful candidate must have previous industry experience with the ability to identify synergies in the broader automotive industry. Self motivation, excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of business are essential.
